This contract aims to adapt the EUROMOD model to cover all countries not currently covered by the EUROMOD-ITT extension, namely Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Croatia, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands and Sweden. The methodology employed for the work shall be consistent across country, in particular with respect to the statistical techniques used to match consumption data and to code the tax legislation in EUROMOD.
