Habilitación para el ejercicio de la actividad profesional:

Insurance companies interested to participate to the tender should be recognized as homologated decennial insurance companies by the French Ministry of Finance.

Situación económica y financiera:

The candidate must have adequate financial and economic capacity for performing the scope of the contract in the indicated schedule. To this end, the following documents shall be provided by the candidate in their request to participate:

— The licence for decennial insurance delivered by the French Ministry of Finance,

— A statement of the candidate’s overall turnover for the previous 3 financial years for which the accounts have been closed,

— The presentation of Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss account for the last 3 years for which accounts have been closed, where publication of the balance sheet is required under the company law of the country in which the economic operator is established.

Niveles mínimos de normas: The licence for decennial insurance delivered by the French Ministry of Finance.
Capacidad técnica y profesional:

a) The Company has license for decennial insurance by French Ministry of Finance;

b) The Company's annual premium collected in its Decennial branch is (M€) 30 M€ minimum;

c) The Company’s decennial team is composed of at least 10 persons;

d) The candidate must have proven experience in decennial insurance of major technological decennial projects.

Information requested to prove such capacity:

a) Proof of this license;

b) Annual turnover in decennial insurance;

c) Number of persons directly dealing with decennial insurance;

d) Description of 5 examples of projects over the last 5 years.

Upfront payment at the start of the contract for the full premium due over a period of 10 years.
