In accordance with Article 84 of the Fusion for Energy Financial Regulation, a contract shall not be awarded to tenderers who, during the present procurement procedure:

General assessment of the economic and financial viability of the tenderer is carried out on the basis of standard liquidity, financial autonomy, profitability and solvency ratios (average for the last three years for which accounts have been closed).
