The objective of the call for tender is the selection of several contractors (banks and/or payment service providers) that provide services related to the incoming and outgoing payment transactions the Office has to carry out.
The contractor has to make possible that these transactions can be done in an efficient manner on the basis of a high level of automatic data exchange between the contractor and the Office's accounting system SAP, which may require tailor-made solutions.
This call for tender is composed of 2 lots:
lot 1: banking services (incoming and outgoing payment transactions);
lot 2: payment service providers (fee payments by using credit cards and other electronic means).
