The request to be selected to tender shall consist of all the documentation requested under section III.2 and it shall be delivered in 1 (one) original, 2 (two) paper copies and 1 (one) CD-ROM or DVD containing both the PDF and native file formats (please ensure individual electronic files for each separate section and for each separate form). The request to be selected to tender shall be placed inside a sealed inner envelope, the inner envelope shall be signed astride the juncture(s) and transparent tape shall be stuck on top of the signature. Fusion for Energy is not subject to the European Directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC.

The request to be selected to tender shall be concise and well-structured and must be received at Fusion for Energy’s premises: 2 (two hard copies) and 1 (one) electronic copy to be received at F4E, route de Vinon sur Verdon 13 115 Saint- Paul lez Durance ITER Organisation Building B33/F4E/SBPS France and the original plus 1 (one) electronic copy to Barcelona, Carrer Josep Pla n°2 Torres Diagonal Litoral, Building B3 08019 Barcelona (Spain)(as identified in section I.1) by the deadline specified in section IV.3.4.
In case of discrepancies only the original to Barcelona, Carrer Josep Pla n°2 Torres Diagonal Litoral, Building B3 08019 Barcelona (Spain) will be taken into account this includes the compliancy with date and time of the submission.

The inner envelope shall be placed inside the outer envelope, which shall be addressed to the Procurement Officer indicated under section I.1 and shall be marked as follows: “Expression of Interest F4E-OPE-429 - not to be opened by the internal mail services”.
