Development of a multilingual campaign toolkit for raising awareness and motivation to manage psychosocial risks in Europe's micro and small enterprises
This call for tender invites bids for the production of a portable application with a simple, evidence-based, practical campaign toolkit aimed for employers/managers of micro and small enterprises which will help them raise awareness and motivate the management of work-related psychosocial risks. The information provided in the toolkit will stress the benefits of a good psychosocial work environment and will address the most common concerns related to the idea of ‘managing psychosocial risks', thus stimulating MSEs across Europe to further conduct systematic and effective psychosocial risk assessments and management on the basis of the available national or sectoral tools.
The content must be simple to follow, adapted to the reality of small workplaces, and relevant to micro and small enterprises across different countries and sectors. The project will be carried out in 2 phases:
1) development of an English language ‘master' version of the campaign toolkit, including design of an appropriate portable application and user-testing; and
2) preparation of national versions of the campaign toolkit covering all EU Member States, Croatia, Iceland and Norway (professional translation and expert validation for each country).
