General consultancy, audits, studies and project management services

This call for tenders will provide a contractual way of satisfying the needs for:
— general consultancy,
— audits,
— studies and analyses,
— project management.
Services within these 4 domains will always be delivered under the supervision, control and authority of the Office staff member.
Further details about the services that the EUIPO may raise and define within the 4 domains, in relation to the areas of competence of the Office, can be found in Chapter 2, service description, of Annex II technical specifications.
IT services and other services that are currently covered by other framework contracts concerning specialised consultancy services, such as infrastructure and buildings, event management, audit services for certification purposes, communication services to raise awareness in the EU on the value of intellectual property and the impact of IP infringements, calls for expression of interest's lists such as OJ EU 2015/S 206-373027 and AMI/002/2016, etc. are out of scope.
