Provision of legal services on the interpretation of French regulatory law to Fusion for Energy
Fusion for Energy (F4E) is currently a party to and/or will be a party to contracts that might be partially or entirely governed by French regulatory law. Therefore, the aim of this call for tenders is to conclude contracts with law firms having a background and extensive experience on French regulatory law, as well as knowledge of French legal system, in both — commercial and public law — areas, with emphasis on contract and construction law. The legal services to be provided consist in assisting F4E in complying with the requirements under the French regulatory law whenever applicable to its contracts, before signature and/or during their implementation, including contract amendments and other type of agreements. Note that litigation and pre-litigation services are outside the scope of this call for tenders.
