TEG Recovery Unit
One (01) TEG Recovery Unit to be supplied as a skid unit and which must include the following equipment:
— Glycol Filters.
— Heat Exchanger (pre-heating).
— Still Column.
— Reboiler.
— Stripping column.
— TEG-TEG Heat Exchanger.
— Glycol Circulation Pumps.
— Burners.
· It shall include the following:
· Supply of all pipes and valves for the interconnection of each element that are in the supply, as well as the instrumentation as indicated in the P & ID.
· Assembly of all internal parts and connections indicated in the data sheet and P&ID.
· Surface preparation and painting according to this specification or the data sheet.
· The Unit shall be mounted on a skid and shall include the supply of lifting lugs, platforms, ladders and any other elements that are necessary for the correct operation and maintenance of the unit.
· All the supports of the skid are within the scope of the supply. If it is possible, considerate distribute the loads of the equipment in two or three (2 or 3) supports.
· Within the scope of the required supply, it is included, without limitation, the materials, design and manufacture of all of the equipment, as well as tests, documentation and transport at place determined by ENAGÁS.
