The baseline scope of the TB12 Contract is Design and Build and includes design, construction, test & commissioning and Taking-Over by F4E of the following works:

1) PBS63/65 - B34 & B37 - Neutral Beam Power Supply Buildings (B37 is Safety Relevant), including civil, M&E, finishing works, and surrounding area.

2) PBS 61/65: Area 30 - Retention pits, foundations for transformers, segregation walls, embedded plates, base plates (all Safety Relevant) and associated M&E works.

3) PBS 61: Area 31 - foundations, embedded plates and base plates for the SF6- IO equipment.

4) PBS 43/61 - LC09 Load Centre 09 and associated foundations.

5) PBS 43/61- LC04 Load Centre 04 and associated foundations.

6) PBS 63/65 - B75 Fast Discharge & Switching Networks Resistor Building non-PIC /SR, design and build of the civil, M&E (services) and finishing works’ activities and Taking-Over by F4E.

7) PBS 62 -65 Control Building (B71North, Non-PIC and B71 South, PIC), design only of civil, all fire topics, M&E, HVAC, C&I, architectural finishing works and surrounding area but excluding execution design for B71 South PIC.

8) All infrastructures works outside the buildings within the limits described in Annex B.00.

9) Project Management - as described in Annex A(including detailed lists of PIC and SR components).

The following options may be exercised in accordance with Sub-Clause 13.5 (Options) of the Conditions of Contract:

— Option 1: B71 North, Control Building, Non-PIC, construction, test & commissioning and Taking-Over by F4E including the PBS61 infrastructure works around the B71 North.

— Option 2: B71 South, Control Building PIC, execution design, construction, test & commissioning and Taking-Over by F4E including the PBS61/26/65/43 infrastructure works around the B71 South.

— F4E will first exclude the candidates who are non-compliant with the exclusion and selection criteria requirements as defined in Section 5.2 of the Specific Tender Conditions.

— F4E shall then rank the candidates according to the total score obtained following the technical selection criteria of the Specific Tender Conditions.

— C1 Experience in a large construction project as defined in section 5.1.1 of the Specific Tender Conditions.

— C2 Nuclear experience as defined in 5.1.2 of the Specific Tender Conditions.

— C3 Experience in design and build contracts as defined in 5.1.3 of the Specific Tender Conditions.

— F4E will invite to tender (and negotiate if necessary) those 4 candidates having obtained the highest total score summing up the points C1+C2+C3.

Would some candidates obtain equal scores and this would result in having more than 4 selected candidates, the final determination of the 4 candidates finally invited to tender will be made by summing up the value of the contract references provided to demonstrate the fulfillment of the 3 selection criteria indicated above.

— accordingly, F4E would then invite to tender the 4 candidates having obtained the highest total of contract references amount resulting from this sum of contracts reference values.

Breve descripción:

Grundlaget for TB12-kontrakten er »design and build« og omfatter projektering, opførelse, testning og idriftsættelse samt F4E's overtagelse af følgende arbejder:

1. PBS63/65 — B34 og B37 — bygninger til neutralstrålestrømforsyning (B37 er sikkerhedsrelevant (SR)), herunder anlægsarbejder, mekaniske og elektriske arbejder, færdiggørelsesarbejder og det omkringliggende område.

2. PBS 61/65: Område 30 — retentionsgrave, fundamenter til transformere, adskillelsesvægge, indlejrede plader, fundamentplader og tilhørende mekaniske og elektriske arbejder.

3. PBS 61: Område 31 — fundamenter, indlejrede plader og fundamentplader (alle er sikkerhedsrelevante) til SF6-IO-udstyret.

4. PBS 43/61 – LC09 belastningstyngdepunkt 09 og tilknyttede fundamenter.

5. PBS 43/61 – LC04 belastningstyngdepunkt 04 og tilknyttede fundamenter.

6. PBS 63/65 — B75 bygningen til hurtig afladning og koblingsnetmodstand, der ikke er beskyttelsesmæssigt vigtig (PIC — Protection Important Component) eller SR, »design and build« for aktiviteter vedrørende anlægsarbejder, mekaniske og elektriske arbejder (tjenester) og færdiggørelsesarbejder samt det omkringliggende områder.

7. PBS 62/65 — B71 kontrolbygningen (B71 North — ikke PIC og B71 South — PIC), alene projektering af konstruktion og udførelse af anlægsarbejder, alle brandemner, mekaniske og elektriske arbejder, HVAC, styrings- og instrumenteringsarbejder, arkitektoniske færdiggørelsesarbejder og det omkringliggende område, men ikke udførelsesprojektering for B71 Syd PIC.

8. alle infrastrukturarbejder (uden for bygningerne):

— alle PBS61 (inklusive SR-komponenter og PIC-forbindelse til Tokamak-komplekset) i TB12-byggeområder. Bemærk, at PBS 61 basisarbejder ikke omfatter PBS 61 arbejder omkring bygninger, der ikke skal bygges under referencescenariet, f.eks. B71 referencescenariet.

— alle PBS 65 ud af bygningerne i TB12-byggeområder. Bemærk, at disse PBS 65 basisarbejder ikke omfatter PBS 65 arbejder omkring bygninger, der ikke skal bygges under referencescenariet, f.eks. B71 referencescenariet.

— B75 ikke PIC/SR, herunder CS- og PF-modstande til hurtig afladning og koblingsnetmodstande.

— B75 PIC herunder TF-modstande til hurtig afladning.

Følgende optioner kan benyttes i overensstemmelse med delpunkt 13.5 [Optioner] i kontraktvilkårene:

— Option 1: B71 North, Kontrolbygning, ikke PIC, konstruktion, testning og idriftsættelse samt F4E's overtagelse, herunder PBS61/26/65/43 infrastrukturarbejderne omkring B71 North.

— Option 2: annulleret (B71 South, Kontrolbygning, PIC, udførelsesdesign, konstruktion, testning og idriftsættelse samt F4E's overtagelse, herunder PBS61/26/65/43 infrastrukturarbejderne omkring B71 South).

— Option 3: B75 bygningen til hurtig afladning og koblingsnetmodstand, PIC, »design and build« for aktiviteter vedrørende anlægsarbejder, mekaniske og elektriske arbejder (tjenester) og færdiggørelsesarbejder, herunder projektering, konstruktion, testning, idriftsættelse og F4E's overtagelse. Denne mulighed omfatter de omgivende PBS61/26/65/43 infrastrukturarbejder.

— Option 4: Kryolinje-broen fra B52 til B74 og samleskinnebroer fra B32 og B33 til B74, »design and build« for aktiviteter vedrørende bygge- og anlægsarbejder, mekaniske og elektriske arbejder (tjenester) og færdiggørelsesarbejder, herunder projektering, konstruktion, testning, idriftsættelse og F4E's overtagelse.

— Option 5: Levering og installering af PBS 44 kabelbakker til ITER-organisationens (IO — ITER Organisation) systemer (ekskl. projektering).

— Option 6: annulleret, to års drift og vedligeholdelse af TB12 referencescenariets anvendelsesområde og af anvendte optioner efter overtagelse.

— Option 7: annulleret, integreret idriftsættelse med IO.
