Exclusion criteria: Tenderers shall provide a Declaration on their honour on exclusion and selection criteria, duly signed and dated, stating that they are not in 1 of the situations listed in Annex IV of the tender specifications, based on the template provided therein. The tenderer to whom the contract is to be awarded shall provide the documents mentioned in the same annex before signature of the Contract while proving that they are not in 1 of those situations.

Legal and regulatory capacity: Professional or commercial registration. Evidence of enrolment (declaration or certificates) in the professional or commercial/trade register imposed by the country in which the tenderer is established.
