The purpose of this Call for Tenders is to conclude a Framework Service Contract in cascade with two (2) tenderers who shall provide legal services in relation to the construction contracts of F4E and shall represent F4E at relevant adjudication proceedings.

Exclusion criteria: Tenderers shall provide a Declaration on their Honour on Exclusion and Selection criteria, duly signed and dated, stating that they are not in 1 of the situations listed in Annex IV of the Tender Specifications, based on the template provided therein. The tenderer to whom the Contract is to be awarded shall provide the documents mentioned in the same Annex before signature of the Contract while proving that they are not in one of those situations.

Legal and regulatory capacity: Professional or commercial registration as a law firm. Evidence of enrolment (declaration or certificates) in the national registry. Alternatively if such registry does not exist, a declaration on the honour that the company operates as a law firm shall be provided.
