Descripción de la contratación
UFGEP is the operator of the early production facility (EPF) ‘Viura’ located in Sotés, Logroño (Spain), associated to the Viura gas field.
The gas treated in this facility flows from Viura-1 ST3 (V1-ST3) well, placed next to the EPF. 2 km. apart, a second well was drilled, Viura-3 (V-3), which was not considered gas productive and is being reutilized as produced water injector.
The water produced is first treated at the facilities to remove dissolved gasses and free oil in a DAF unit and then stored in a water storage tank. From there the water is transferred by a pipeline to a water pond used as buffer storage at a V-3 site, prior to its reinjection to the reservoir.
Currently, the reinjection is performed by a service company using a cementing unit. UFGE&P is willing to replace this service with a dedicated owned equipment packaged in a container. This equipment may be connected to the water pond, the water transfer pipeline, or to a new water storage tank than might be erected at V-3 location.
The treated water is not flammable in normal conditions. Although placed in a unclassified area, the inside of the container will be classified as Zone 2 as per figure 10.8.1.1.2.2. of API RP500
Noise level outside the container shall not exceed 65 dB @1 meter distance
The production of water is vary variable. The injection package will be designed for a 24 hours or intermittent service. The flow rate to be delivered is 500 m/day (+/- 10 %) @450 (+/- 5 %) barg. The system shall be able to operate without limitations down to 30 % of the rated flow. For this purpose, the main pump shall be supplied with VSD.
The V-3 well is connected to the gas reservoir, with a well head pressure at the time of drilling of 485 barg. The design pressure of the package shall then be rated for 500 barg. A pressure safety valve per pump will be provided to protect the electrical motor from stall. The pump suction shall be rated 10 barg.
The container shall be furnished with the main pumps and all auxiliary elements required (filters, valves, oil system, instrumentation, safety valves, etc.) .The package will be also supplied with its control and power distribution and protection cabinets in a separated tight-gas section of the container. The system will be capable to operate in local and remote operation modes, connected to a supervisory DCS (by others).
The scope of materials and services covered by this specification are:
— the supply of a 2 x 100% electrically driven, packaged water injection system, installed in a container, fully tested (CE marked) and ready to operate,
— the supply of the 3” high pressure discharge pipe and pipe shoes outside the reinjection unit up to the 10 kpsia V-3 X-mass tree well (approximately 20 meters length). Supplied as piping spools, (hydraulically tested, 100 % radiographic inspected, painted and pickled and passivated, with CE marking), along with the necessary gaskets, bolts and nuts for its assembly at site,
— engineering services in addition to the required to develop the package:
—— stress analysis and detailed engineering of the high pressure discharge line and its supports;
—— load data for the design of civil works required for container and High Pressure outside the container;
—— electrical stability, earthing, harmonics and dimensional check of the power supply cables feeding the reinjection package;
—— pulsation analysis to Design Approach 1 (compulsory) and Approach 2– API 674 (offered as an option).
— full set of documentation (In English or Spanish language) 2 copies in paper, one electronic including source code and design documents in native format,
— erection supervision, commissioning and start-up services for the supplied equipment,
— consumables, Spare parts and lubricants start-up and 1y of operation,
— set of special maintenance tools (if any),
— proposal for maintenance services (2 years), indicating specifically the availability of permanent customer support in Spain,
— delivery DDP to site.
