Currently, the reinjection is performed by a service company using a cementing unit. UFGE&P is willing to replace this service with a dedicated owned equipment packaged in a container. This equipment may be connected to the water pond, the water transfer pipeline, or to a new water storage tank than might be erected at V-3 location.

The treated water is not flammable in normal conditions. Although placed in a unclassified area, the inside of the container will be classified as Zone 2 as per figure 10.8.1.1.2.2. of API RP500
Noise level outside the container shall not exceed 65 dB @1 meter distance
The production of water is vary variable. The injection package will be designed for a 24 hours or intermittent service. The flow rate to be delivered is 500 m
The V-3 well is connected to the gas reservoir, with a well head pressure at the time of drilling of 485 barg. The design pressure of the package shall then be rated for 500 barg. A pressure safety valve per pump will be provided to protect the electrical motor from stall. The pump suction shall be rated 10 barg.

The container shall be furnished with the main pumps and all auxiliary elements required (filters, valves, oil system, instrumentation, safety valves, etc.) .The package will be also supplied with its control and power distribution and protection cabinets in a separated tight-gas section of the container. The system will be capable to operate in local and remote operation modes, connected to a supervisory DCS (by others).
The container shall be furnished with the main pumps and all auxiliary elements required (filters, valves, oil system, instrumentation, safety valves, etc.) .The package will be also supplied with its control and power distribution and protection cabinets in a separated tight-gas section of the container. Supplied as piping spools, (hydraulically tested, 100 % radiographic inspected, painted and pickled and passivated, with CE marking), along with the necessary gaskets, bolts and nuts for its assembly at site,
