The aim of this Call for Tender is to conclude a Framework Service Contract (FWC) for the provision of Medical Advice Services, as set out in Annex B Technical Specification and in conformity with the terms provided in the Procurement Documents, consisting of: • Services of a Medical Advisor; • Services of a Nurse to provide medical and administrative support; • Services of an Occupational Health Risk Prevention Advisor; • Services of an On-site psychologist; • Help Line; • Services of a psychologist in the area of prevention of harassment; • Advice on psychosocial matters; • Services of a Personal Coach; • Performance of Psychosocial Risk Assessments; • Performance of First Aid Trainings.

Possible increase of FWC ceiling
In accordance with point 11 of Annex I of the GFR, Fusion for Energy may use the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice in order to award new contract(s) consisting of a repetition of similar works or services to the contractor chosen as a result of the present call for tender, in which case the amount to be awarded under that procedure will not exceed 50% of this contract (i.e. 900 000,000 EUR). Such a right will be exercised by F4E in case/event that/should any but not only of the following circumstance occur: change in the staffing plan, change in the conditions that significantly impacts on the wellbeing of the staff members, unforeseen events such as Covid19 pandemic, etc. The tenderer is requested to commit to participate in such procedure, if used by Fusion for Energy, by indicating its commitment in the cover letter.
