The bidder must comply with the following conditions: A list of the main services or work carried out in the last three years including amount, dates and the recipient, public or private, of the same. These services or works shall be evidenced by certificates issued or countersigned by the competent body if the recipient is a public sector entity or, when the recipient is a private entity, by a certificate issued by the latter. In the absence of certificates, proof may be provided by means of a declaration by the entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs must certify that they have executed, during the indicated period, at least one service contract for the drafting of a preliminary project or construction project for a clean room of at least 2.000 m2. Specifications in the PCP

Provide the technical personnel listed in section 2.4 of the Technical Specifications.: The tenderer must have the technical staff listed in section 2.4 of the Technical Specifications. The following is required: >1 project manager/manager with a degree in engineering or architecture with at least 10 years' professional experience, of which: - 5 years' experience in drafting projects for the construction of industrial clean rooms (HVM) for semiconductors and, - 3 years' experience in project management using BIM methodology. > 1 technician drafting the project with a degree in engineering or architecture with at least 8 years of professional experience, of which: - 4 years of experience in the drafting of projects for the construction of semiconductor industrial clean rooms (HVM) and, - 2 years of experience in project management using BIM methodology. > 1 professional with at least 4 years of professional experience in the implementation of cleanroom construction projects in Spain. > 1 BIM manager with a minimum experience of 4 years in the management and creation of BIM contents in projects linked to the field of research. The identity of these profiles may not be revealed, neither in envelope 1 nor in envelope 2, as there is a risk of disclosing in advance automatically evaluable information that can only appear in envelope 3. Without prejudice to the declaration provided by the tenderer, ICN2 reserves the right to request, at any time, the documentation indicated in this paragraph. Specifications in the PCP.

The bidder selected for the award of the contract must provide the definitive guarantee, in the amount of 5% of the award amount, excluding VAT, in accordance with the provisions of articles 107 and 108 of the LCSCP before the formalisation of the contract, which may be presented in the form established in article 108.b of the LCSP (according to article 107 of Law 9/2017, Public Sector Contracts, and the fourth Additional Provision). The guarantee may be provided in any of the forms established in the PCP, and in accordance with the provisions of article 108 LCSP.
