Declaration of turnover by means of a copy of the annual accounts or their extract, corresponding to one of the last three financial years, together with proof of having been filed with the Commercial Registry, whenever the economic operator is a commercial company.
Individual entrepreneurs not registered with the Commercial Registry shall certify their annual turnover through their inventory books and annual accounts duly legalised by the Commercial Registry.
In the case of natural persons, a sworn statement indicating such data shall be accepted.
Bidders shall be admitted when the copy of the annual accounts or their extract, as described in the preceding paragraph, proves that the annual turnover for the financial year with the highest turnover in the last three years has been at least one and a half times the annual budget of the contract.
The proof of the turnover required to demonstrate financial standing shall be deemed sufficient and necessary to ensure the contractor’s economic capacity to undertake the performance of this contract, with the required proportions coinciding with those established in the LCSP.
