Against this administrative act that is notified, which is finalized through administrative means, you may file administrative contentions appeals before the Administrative Litigation Court of Barcelona, ​​within the term of two months to be counted from the day following the day of receipt of the second notification. Alternatively and optionally, it is possible to file special appeals in matters of contract with the Catalan Public Sector Contract Court within the term of fifteen days to be shared from the day following that of the sending of the next notification. This City Council has the institution of the Municipal Council of Greuges, which among its six powers is to supervise municipal actions and decisions, with the goal of defending the rights and liberties of the citizens.
