Against this administrative act, which is final in administrative proceedings, an appeal may be filed with the Administrative Court of Barcelona within two months from the day following receipt of this notification.
Alternatively, and optionally, a special appeal regarding public procurement may be filed with the Catalan Public Sector Contracts Tribunal within fifteen business days from the day following the date of dispatch of this notification. The dispatch date is the date recorded in the outgoing mail log.
However, you may file any other appeal you deem appropriate under the law.
This City Council has the Municipal Ombudsman's Office, which, among its powers, oversees municipal actions and decisions in order to defend the rights and freedoms of citizens. Therefore, if you believe that your rights have been violated, you have been left defenseless, or the principles of transparency, access to information, or good administration have been disregarded as a result of the processing of the resolution or agreement being notified, you may also request the intervention of the Ombudsman's Office free of charge. However, you should bear in mind that this does not, under any circumstances, suspend the legal deadlines for filing the corresponding appeals indicated above.
