Multiple framework contract with reopening of competition for the supply of reference mapping products. The framework contract is structured in 2 sequential phases. Phase 1: selection of a maximum of 5 suppliers to form a pool of industries; and phase 2: competition among the selected industries in phase 1 for the assignment of orders for on-demand products based on operational user's needs.
