The European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy ('Fusion for Energy')

The main aim of this Framework Contract (FWC) is the provision of services in the areas of Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Integration, supporting both the technical implementation and business-facing usage of reporting and analytics platforms within F4E. The services covered under this contract will contribute to the design, development, migration, maintenance, and optimisation of data infrastructure, reporting tools, and business insights across the Microsoft and SAP ecosystems, with a focus on enterprise-grade platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and SAP BusinessObjects.

In accordance with point 11 of Annex I of the GFR, Fusion for Energy may use the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice in order to award new contract(s) consisting of a repetition of similar works or services to the contractor chosen as a result of the present call for tender, in which case the amount to be awarded under that procedure will not exceed 50 % of this contract. Such a right will be exercised by F4E in case/in the event that/should one of the following circumstance occur: in case the maximum FWC value is reached before the expiration of the FWC due to unforeseen increase of contract consumption.

Within 2 months of notice of the award decision, you may launch an action for annulment of the award decision. Any request you may make and any reply from us, or any complaint for maladministration, will have neither the purpose nor the effect of suspending the time-limit for launching an action for annulment or to open a new period for launching an action for annulment. The body responsible for hearing annulment procedures is indicated in section 8.1 ORG-0002 of this contract notice. If you believe that there was maladministration, you may lodge a complaint to the European Ombudsman within 2 years of the date when you became aware of the facts on which the complaint is based (see http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu ).

The Technical Specification (Annex B) of the Invitation to tender have been amended to revise the minimum professional experience requirements for a couple of profiles. To allow tenderers sufficient time to take these amendments into account, the deadline for submission of tenders is extended to 26/02/2026 at 16:00 CET, corresponding to a minimum of 37 days from the publication of this corrigendum. All other provisions of the call for tenders remain unchanged.
